Essential Storage Lake LeAnn is conveniently located right off US 12 near Somerset. We specialize in self-storage units, garage-style spaces, and outdoor parking for boats, RVs, and trailers. Storage spaces are of various sizes and configurations accommodating everything from 40ft trailers to 18ft boats, and units ranging from 5×10 – 20×40 with drive-up access, roll-up doors, and concrete floors. Outdoor parking is asphalt. The average door height is 7ft, we do have a couple of units with bigger doors. We service every type of customer from residential to recreational, commercial, small business, and hobbyists.
